About the role

 

eApproval is an online application which enables the end-to-end document management and workflow solution of all briefs, Ministerials and correspondence. The application enables NSW Health’s vision for a digitally enabled workplace with streamlined management of approvals.

 

We are looking for an Implementation Lead to join the eApproval program team to deliver change management activities to support the implementation of programs/projects. This role will be responsible for stakeholder management, change readiness and generating buy-in to the solution, ultimately ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Develop and deliver change and adoption strategies and plans to ensure successful implementation of the program/project.
  • Assess organisational change readiness and culture assessment to inform specific change activities to mitigate
  • and address identified gaps.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, including leading change impact discussions, documenting outcomes, identifying risks and issues and develop solutions in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Implement stakeholder engagement strategies to maximise consultation and collaboration and early identification of implementation barriers and resistance, address impacts, and find solutions to optimise successful deployment of the change.
  • Drive change activity across key domains including communication and training to effectively support and engage front line managers and key leaders in order to maximise business adoption of change.

 

About you

 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: 

 

  • Initiate project communication activities to build awareness amongst project teams and key stakeholders, improve project understanding and promote organisational goals, values and objectives.
  • You are collaborative with a successful track record in managing medium scale change management projects.
  • You have experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals, including working with stakeholders to build plans across change, communications, coaching and training, resistance management and business readiness.
  • You have strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation.
