The Opportunity
We are currently searching for a motivated team player to come onboard as a Help Desk Operator at Royal North Shore Hospital, a major referral hospital within Northern Sydney, just a 5-minute walk from St Leonards train station.
Working across a 7-day rotating roster, we are seeking an administration superstar to work at our Customer Help Desk. This position supports coordination of patient and non-patient movements throughout the hospital and is a vital role, supporting clinical services across the entire hospital. You will bring to this role your fantastic customer service skills to ensure that communication is professional and engaging when dealing with our customers.
