Remuneration: $64.12 - $72.84 per hour

Location: Predominantly Westmead Hospital, potential to span across multiple WSLHD sites

What you'll be doing
Lead the end-to-end FF&E and Major Medical Equipment procurement lifecycle for key redevelopment projects within WSLHD. Ensure efficient, compliant and strategically aligned delivery of infrastructure support services.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle from planning to installation and commissioning of FF&E/MME
Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure fit-for-purpose equipment solutions
Provide expert advice on procurement strategies, compliance, and cost-effective sourcing
Oversee financial responsibilities including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost optimisation
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure successful project delivery within timeframes

Selection Criteria:
Extensive experience working within a clinical leadership or project management role within a complex health care setting.
Proven high-level knowledge and experience of: clinical and non-clinical products and procurement.
Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills applicable to a diverse range of stakeholders including senior clinicians, executives, and external partners with a proven track record in establishing and building trust to achieve shared goals.
Demonstrated success in managing and prioritising multiple complex project tasks to effectively lead project teams towards the successful achievement of project objectives.
High level computer literacy skills, especially in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Oracle.
Demonstrated experience in budget and expenditure management.
Current NSW Driver’s license and ability to travel as required by position across LHD.
