What you'll be doing
Join our team as an Enrolled Nurse at Westmead Hospital’s Haematology/BMT C5a ward, a premier NSW centre for blood transplants and cell therapies. The unit is concerned with the care of patients with malignant and non-malignant haematologic diseases and is supported by a Clinical Coordinator, a Clinical Nurse Educator, a Nursing Unit Manager, numerous Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Nurse Consultants. You will deliver compassionate care and grow your skills in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment:
Deliver hands-on care and support clients’ independence and wellbeing
Assist with assessments, interventions, and monitoring health outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery
Contribute to quality improvement and maintain accurate health records
Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities
Training in all aspects will be provided.

Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
