Living in Rural NSW
Discover the simple pleasures life has to offer while living and working as an Enrolled Nurse in rural NSW. Located in the New England region, within a day's drive of Brisbane and Sydney and just two hours from the coast, Walcha offers the charm of a welcoming rural community surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty, rich history, and unique local character. The area is well-connected with domestic airports in Tamworth and Armidale, making travel to major cities convenient.
Working at an MPS allows you to experience the full scope of rural nursing, encompassing acute care, subacute care, emergency care, allied health, primary health, and community services—all under one roof. This role offers the opportunity to hone your critical thinking skills, work closely with families, and provide essential care to residents of our Residential Aged Care facilities, who would otherwise need to travel long distances away from their homes and support networks.
If you're looking for a role that keeps you engaged and allows you to see the real impact of your work, becoming an Enrolled Nurse at Walcha MPS is the perfect opportunity for you.
