What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting community health clients by delivering hands-on care under RN supervision, ensuring quality, comfort, and respect in every interaction.
- Assisting clients with daily living and emotional support
- Observing, assessing, and reporting on client health
- Delivering care aligned with individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate health records and documentation
- Communicating professionally with the care team and public
An Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) is preferred.

- Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
