What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting community health clients by delivering hands-on care under RN supervision, ensuring quality, comfort, and respect in every interaction.

  • Assisting clients with daily living and emotional support
  • Observing, assessing, and reporting on client health
  • Delivering care aligned with individual care plans
  • Maintaining accurate health records and documentation
  • Communicating professionally with the care team and public

An Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) is preferred.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
  2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
  5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  6. Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
