About the role
This role represents an exciting opportunity to provide sound leadership, senior strategic oversight to the District MHDA service on ICYFMH services. The role will work in close consultation and collaboration with the Clinical Director of ICYFMH and the broader team to support service development and will ensure the provision of high quality, evidence- based care for the ICYFMH services across the district.
This position will be involved in the delivery of strategic advice related to the clinical service delivery of Infant Child Youth and Family Mental Health (ICYFMH) (the development of care pathways, policies and procedures, strategic plans etc), high level strategic planning for ICYFMH identification of service gaps, duplication and opportunities for growth, expansion and partnerships collaboration. In addition, this role will lead submission development and collaboration in the design and documentation of new models of care and service development aligned to funding opportunities.
This role reports to the Service Delivery, Innovation and Performance Manager and works in consultation and collaboratively with the Clinical Director ICYFMH, team leaders and service managers across MHDA and the broader district. This position has an integral role in promoting clinician involvement in high level service planning, clinical effectiveness, quality improvement and clinical safety, leadership and coordination across the district and will contribute to clinical supervision and mentorship across ICYFMH teams.
