What you'll be doing
The Clinical Trials Manager will lead research initiatives in the Research and Education Network Clinical Research Centre, supporting WSLHD groups.
- Manage clinical trial oversight, staff, finances, and data.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and data accuracy.
- Support research projects and reporting processes.
- Facilitate participant recruitment and study timelines.
- Drive successful project outcomes with precision and leadership.

Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related science or health care discipline and/or equivalent relevant pharmaceutical Clinical Trials experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across all aspects of research project whilst working within a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and work well with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify discrepancies and risks quickly.
- Strong project management and financial management skills.
- Proficient in use of various clinical trials management software, REDCAP, databases and electronic CRFs.
- Strong planning and data analysis skills to ensure studies proceed to timelines.
