Remuneration: $66.50 - $67.83 per hour + annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

About the Role
- Develops implements and evaluates care management plans for patients with complex health needs.
- Provides leadership in the ongoing development of clinical practice.
- Initiates and utilises findings of research in the provision of clinical services.
- Contributes to the development and delivery of specialty related education programs.
- Participates in formal processes for the strategic and operational planning for the clinical service.

- Has current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
- Has extensive understanding of speciality disorders and their current management.
- Has the proven ability to consult, review, and develop, both new and existing policies and procedures within the relevant speciality.
