Clinical Nurse Consultant 2 Metastatic Breast Care Nurse

Selection Criteria to be addressed:

1. Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse.
2. Minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in Medical Oncology, Palliative Care or Breast Cancer Nursing. Post graduate qualifications in Breast Care Nursing or other qualification or experience deemed appropriate.
3. Demonstrated excellence in communication and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums
4. Proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the utilisation of evidence based research and best practice principles
5. Demonstrated skills in strategic and clinical service planning including an understanding of organisational behavior, change management and cultural change processes.
6. Demonstrated skills in clinical teaching, competency in the use of contemporary information systems and experience in the development of specialty education programs
7. Demonstrated clinical expertise in patient-centred consultancy with the ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative
8. A current NSW drivers licence and willingness to use same as required for the position
