Position Classification: Clinical Midwife Educator
Remuneration: $55.31 - $57.11 per hour+ annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

The aim of the position is to use a participation methodology to build:
- The capacity of individuals to deliver safe, evidenced based care, incorporating reflective practice with the aim of continual improvement.
- A woman and family focused culture that supports the MUM and staff to deliver innovative models of care and proactively manage change.
- Has current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and relevant post registration experience in the specialty.
- Holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications, or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Has the demonstrated understanding and experience in various teaching methodologies including the ability to plan, conduct and evaluate unit based education.
