Where you will be working
Join the dedicated team at Mental Health Intake Services, a vital hub for mental health care located in the heart of Newcastle. Serving the entire Hunter New England Local Health District, this dynamic service operates 24/7, supported by a team of skilled mental health professionals.
Through three comprehensive service streams, we deliver exceptional care and support to those in need across the region.

 

What you will be doing
This position will provide administrative support to a multidiscipline team of Mental Health Clinicians and is responsible for processing incoming referrals to the Mental Health Line.


Essential Requirements:

  • iPM and Chime experience
  • Working knowledge of RiMs, Microsoft Outlook, Health Roster, and iProcurement

This is an 8-hour-per-week role, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Although Thursdays are preferred, there is flexibility to negotiate the day.

  • Excel Training: Targeted training to develop or strengthen your proficiency in Microsoft Excel, tailored to your role’s requirements.
