Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Care Project Officer to join their team on a temporary full-time basis from 24 November 2024 to 29 June 2025. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of Virtual Care Initiatives across the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD). You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative health service delivery improvements, supporting a range of virtual care projects aimed at enhancing patient access and care through digital solutions.
As the Virtual Care Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of virtual care initiatives, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery. This will involve project planning, stakeholder engagement, and milestone reporting, as well as coordinating resources and managing project timelines. You will conduct comprehensive data analysis, preparing high-quality reports on project performance, milestones, and outcomes. You will provide expert advice to support the development and implementation of strategies, ensuring continuous monitoring and measurement of project progress. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder consultations, prepare communication materials, and support the governance of the projects through meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
About You
- You have a Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline, health management, or project management and demonstrated relevant industry experience. Please upload a copy of your qualification(s) to your application where applicable.
- You have an understanding and working knowledge of the NSW Health system and policy priorities, or capability to quickly develop a working knowledge of the health system.
- You have skills and experience in project management including scheduling deliverables and planning resources.
- You have problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information.
