To provide a high standard of customer service whilst performing administrative duties within the Admissions Department.

Ideal Candidate
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing so as to competently interview patients and also provide patients, relatives and staff with relevant information as required.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, and an understanding and an interest in providing a high standard of customer service.
- Good computing skills & attention to detail (e.g. Data entry, Intranet, email, Word, eMR modules)
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team.
