About the Role
You will be working at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. Concord Repatriation General Hospital is one of the state's leading and teaching hospital.
  
The Admissions Interview Officer will be responsible for performing administrative duties associated with interviewing and admitting patients into hospital. You will posses a high standard of customer service while performing administrative duties within the Admissions Department.

Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing so as to competently interview patients and also provide patients, relatives and staff with relevant information as required.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, and an understanding and an interest in providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Good computing skills & attention to detail (e.g. Data entry, Intranet, email, Word, eMR modules).
  • Has the ability to work Shifts Wednesday-Tuesday (excluding weekends), alternating weeks.
