Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa). 
About you
Capability in providing administrative support and reception duties, with a sound knowledge of general administration procedures and technology including phone systems, referral management, waitlist and patient fees whilst providing a high level of customer service to patients, staff and other agencies and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. Proficient organisational skills with the ability to work as an effective team member in a busy work environment, while setting priorities and monitoring workflows, including a high degree of data input accuracy.
 

What you'll be doing
Provision of professional and efficient administrative and operational support to the Ambulatory Care Unit at Coffs Harbour Health Campus in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

The Organisation

The Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is a government funded health organisation that covers an area of 11,335 square kilometres extending from Port Macquarie in the south to Coffs Harbour in the north and provides healthcare services across a geographic area of approximately 11,335 square kilometres. The traditional custodians of the land covered by the District are the Gumbaynggirr, Dunghutti, Birpai and Nganyaywana nations.

MNCLHD provides a diverse range of services to a population of approximately 215,000 people. It has a workforce of 4,694 across seven hospital sites and 12 Community Health Centres.
