Health Manager Level 5, starting salary from $166,678 to $186,448 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.
About the role
As the Program Manager, Strategy Access and Partnerships, you will lead a dynamic team delivering high-impact initiatives to improve access to healthcare across NSW. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of the NSW Health Single Front Door program, providing strategic advice, implementing digital innovations, and managing key partnerships across the system. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare access and digital transformation in NSW.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead development and delivery of key access and digital transformation initiatives across the state.
- Oversee implementation of the Single Front Door program, ensuring integration across services and partners.
- Manage a high-performing team and collaborate across health agencies, pillars, and external partners.
- Provide strategic advice and high-quality briefings to executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure digital solutions are user-centred and data-informed to improve patient experience.
About you
We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader with:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and proven experience managing large-scale health improvement strategies.
- Expertise in digital transformation and delivering complex initiatives at state level.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across senior executive levels.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
