Staff Specialist Nuclear Medicine Physician
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Nuclear Medicine Physician, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways
- Accreditation as a PET specialist. Preferably with at least 3 years' experience as a Specialist in Nuclear Medicine/PET
- Comprehensive experience in a broad range of Nuclear Medicine procedures. Experience with paediatric Nuclear Medicine and bone mineral densitometry.
- Excellent working knowledge of RIS & PACS as well as Xeleris3/advanced workstations. Good knowledge of Xeleris 3 programming, NEUROSTAT and NEUROGAM softwares
- Proven experience with PET tracer imaging F18FDG and Ga68DOTATATE, GaPSMA, FET, NaF
- Experience and willingness to work across a range of Nuclear Medicine modalities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching, undergraduate or postgraduate education programs. Proven research capability. Computer literacy.
