“I commenced my career here at JHH as a new graduate nurse in 2003. I have held many nursing roles across JHH, and I am extremely proud to be the leader of nurses in surgical services.  JHH offers the unique opportunity to work in specialised areas of surgical nursing that are not available in other facilities in our area. Surgical nursing requires a blend of clinical expertise, strong leadership, and effective communication. I am really honoured to work with a team of highly capable nurses and teams across our Service to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes throughout the entire surgical experience. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive environment, in which all staff can build positive relationships and advance their nursing career.”
