About the Role
As an Administration Officer in our busy Emergency Department, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This front-line role involves delivering high-quality customer service in person and over the phone, managing switchboard communications, and supporting the department with administrative tasks.
You’ll work closely with a supportive team, including the Patient Services Manager, Team Leader, and Emergency Department administration staff.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 8 hours per week on a rotating roster that includes weekends and a variety of shifts (e.g., 6:45 PM – 3:45 AM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and 4:30 PM – midnight). Flexibility is key, and there may be occasional opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
