About the opportunity

The Program Director, Construction and Safety is a strategic role that enables continuous improvement in construction management, quality and safety across the HI Capital portfolio. The role is responsible for developing a systemised approach to improving quality and safety across the Capital Program and integrating the safety and quality services with HI’s Assurance Framework.

The successful applicant will possess a deep expertise of construction management and safety across the construction sector with a particular interest in driving excellence in quality throughout the design and construct phases of the infrastructure lifecycle.     

This is a fixed term contract role for a two-year period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months. 

About you

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experience supporting the delivery of a substantial Infrastructure Program, with previous experience in across the Healthcare sector is advantageous.   

 If you are passionate about driving safety and quality across a large and complex Infrastructure Program and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
