The coordinator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the program and undertaking clinical work including:
- Coordinate, allocate and oversee all PFC program cases
- Develop and maintain a group of appropriately skilled facilitators
- Undertake the facilitation role, as required
- Develop and foster strong interagency partnerships to sustain and further develop the program
- Ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the program

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Relevant qualification in Bachelor of Social Work with eligibility for membership to Australian Association of Social Workers. To be appointed as Level 4 Health Professional evidence must be provided of extensive clinical experience and specialist knowledge or a high level of broad generalist knowledge within the discipline as outlined by the award definitions of a level 4 practitioner.
- Demonstrated understanding and/or experience in working within an interagency context including networking and partnerships with government and non-government agencies.
- Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in providing child centred, family focussed and person-centred care and facilitating respectful and culturally safe access to services for improving the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal families including experience and/or knowledge of trauma informed practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of child protection; management of child protection cases; provision of child protection consultation to clinicians/ caseworkers.
- Proven ability to lead; initiate innovative problem solving and work collaboratively with other professionals across agencies including demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating and delivering complex programs with vulnerable families.
- Demonstrated high level written & verbal communication skills including computer skills, interpersonal and problem solving.
- Evidence of current unrestricted NSW drivers licence and a willingness to provide outreach throughout the Far West LHD and have the willingness to drive long distances with the occasional over night stay.
