What you'll be doing
Provide timely and accurate administrative/transactional services for the assigned work Unit, Units or Health Facility.

How to Apply

  • Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, with recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting or a combination of study and work experience, or a willingness to work towards these achievements.
  • Excellent communication skills including excellent spelling and comprehension, excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deal confidently and courteously with patients and health professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
