Skills and Knowledge
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with AHPRA and extensive post registration mental health nursing experience.
- Postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing or currently working towards same or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver education. Demonstrated high level facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary service.
- Demonstrate leadership capability within the clinical setting.
- Identified ability to influence innovative nursing practice. Demonstrated experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Advanced computer skills.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and preparedness to travel across rural and remote areas.
