- Lead support and incident management activities across SDPR platforms, ensuring high performance and service quality
- Implement performance testing and manage change processes for reporting and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver easy-to-use, plain language tools that enhance understanding and use of health data
About You

- Has advanced SQL skills and experience in a large, complex service industry environment
- Brings extensive knowledge of complex data models and demonstrated experience working with large and complex databases
- Is experienced with analytics tools, SSIS, data warehousing, ETL processes and writing custom SQL queries for reporting and dashboards.
- Holds a relevant qualification in Computer Science or a related field
- Can work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving under pressure.
- Has experience with version control, change management processes, and requirement gathering for reporting solutions.
- Provides technical consultation on upgrades, installations, and modifications related to performance testing and analytics tools.
