Important Information for candidates with active applications

We are currently experiencing email delivery issues. This may impact delivery to email providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Live, and other Microsoft domains.

If you have active applications, please ensure you:


1.  Confirm your mobile number is correct in your profile (including country code, e.g. 61412345678).


2.  Regularly check your account (My Account / My Applications) for updates on your application status.


3.  Review application messages via the “Email Messages” link available under each application.


4.  Monitor the Tasks tab for any required actions, including pre-employment checks, offers, and onboarding steps.
