About You

• Clinical Expertise: Provide rapid response, assertive case management, and assessment for children and carers with mental health and substance use disorders. 
• Evidence-Based Interventions: Deliver specialist clinical interventions centred on child mental health principles. 
• Liaison and Coordination: Work closely with Central Coast Mental Health Services to ensure access and continuity of care for young people. 
• Interagency Collaboration: Liaise with CCLHD, government organizations, and community-managed organizations to promote prevention and early intervention. 
• Holistic Healthcare: Collaborate with mental health inpatient facilities, CAMHS units, GPs, and other providers for integrated care. 
• Continuity of Care: Maintain strong links for care and discharge planning involving families and carers. 
• Community Engagement: Liaise with community groups and organizations providing health-related services to children. 
• Educational Involvement: Engage in staff development and review current literature. 
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement activities and provide high-level customer service.
