They have both permanent full time and permanent part time (16 hours per week) positions available. In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in providing assertive outreach, intensive case management, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people and their families, particularly those experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges. As part of the CAMHS team, you will be working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care that is trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and family-inclusive.

Your work will also involve maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation in line with confidentiality requirements and legal standards, ensuring that all interactions with clients and families are well-documented. Throughout your work, you will adhere to the principles of the Privacy Act and ensure that appropriate consent is obtained for information exchange.
