Project Officer Intesive Care NSW

1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Health discipline or equivalent and demonstrated experience in Intensive Care or Paediatrics.

2. High level skills in leading teams or networks to develop and achieve common goals.

3. Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives and providing high level advice.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead change and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

5. Strong understanding of contemporary issues, challenges and directions facing NSW Intensive Care Services.

6. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information rapidly and accurately to facilitate solution design, and to produce reports and evaluation.

7. Demonstrated ability to promote and market the intensive care service model effectively with senior management and external stakeholders, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.

8. Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
