Extensive experience in project management in a diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes broad knowledge and practical experience in working with clinicians, and within policies and system frameworks relevant to Intensive and Urgent Care.
Highly developed ability to work within and support multidisciplinary teams together with a proven capacity to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately as well as an advanced understanding of data quality and the ability to use data in problem resolution.
