  1. Sound knowledge with at least 5 years’ experience of the strengths and challenges of current mental health clinical service delivery.

  2. Proven ability to manage and support multidisciplinary teams in a public sector environment.

  3. Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of statewide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.

  4. Sound knowledge of the structure and processes of government and understanding of the mental health environment, Australian and NSW Healthcare systems.
