Clinical Director Intensive Care NSW

1. Medical qualifications and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, with appropriate skills and qualifications as specified under the Staff Specialist (State) Award.
2. Extensive clinical experience in intensive care and management together with a credible reputation as a senior ICU clinician.
3. Demonstrated clinical leadership including the ability to motivate, engage and influence clinicians to participate in improving patient outcomes through the development and implementation of evidence-based Models of Care and other related frameworks.
4. Demonstrated experience working in complex organisations with an understanding of priorities in the NSW Health system.
5. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
