- Tertiary qualifications in service redesign, implementation and / or demonstrated extensive industry experience in facilitating service redesign and innovation
- Extensive experience in all aspects of project management including management of multiple and concurrent projects and the implementation of state-wide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.
- High level skills in designing and facilitating bespoke capability development e.g. workshops, coaching sessions or training for stakeholders to advance redesign projects.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications, interpersonal, facilitation, consultation, customer engagement and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and fostering a strong team culture, collaborative approach to achieving deliverables and working effectively in high performing teams.
