Centre for Healthcare Redesign Capability Design Manager

1. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including management of multiple and concurrent projects and the implementation of state­ wide and local projects, frameworks and/or initiatives.

2. High level skills in designing and delivering education programs using a breadth of mediums including: teaching, coaching and facilitating for individuals and groups to successfully apply innovative approaches in service redesign.

3. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications, interpersonal, facilitation, consultation, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
