What you'll be doing 
In this role you will be providing key admin support to the Risk Management and Legal Services team while assisting with insurance, legal, and contract queries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting risk and legal services across WSLHD
  • Coordinating meetings, training, and data reporting
  • Managing insurance claims and certificates
  • Maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management System
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

How to Apply

  1. Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels from corporate staff to executive staff.
  2. Demonstrated experience in appointment scheduling and coordination of the attendance of large groups for both facility based and LHD meetings and education/training sessions.
  3. Demonstrated experience in administrative functions, including but not limited to drafting and distribution of minutes and agendas, following up of action items and ability to collate documents for facility and LHD committees.
  4. Possess highly developed organisational skills, required to set priorities and manage time efficiently, while maintaining a high customer service orientation.
  5. Ability to manage conflict of resources and/or priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrated skills and experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Experience working in a legal or secretarial services environment is desirable.
