Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.
Registration: Demonstrated full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist OR for Social Workers, eligibility to be a member of the AASW.

Selection Criteria:
- Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent authorised under section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act (NSW) 1977.
- A demonstrated knowledge of the Aboriginal concept of social and emotional wellbeing including an understanding of Aboriginal family structure and Aboriginal culture and wisdom. This will include an understanding regarding the practical and emotional issues that may arise when working with Aboriginal individuals with mental health concerns and their families.
- Recognised qualifications in health discipline (Social Work, Nursing, Psychology or Occupational Therapy) together with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) & clinical experience in mental health.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of families under stress, particularly related to their mental health and or drug and alcohol related health issues.
- Proven effective high level written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills including significant knowledge and demonstrated experience of medico-legal systems, processes and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work an independent senior clinician as well as work within a multidisciplinary team with experience in building and sustaining collaborative partnerships with other government and non -government organisations.
- Current NSW Driver’s License
