Selection Criteria

 

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline and/or relevant management or project management experience.
  2. Demonstrated people management experience within teams of 10+ direct reports including management of day to day workload of the team, recruitment and performance management of staff.
  3. Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
  4. Demonstrated experience in a call centre environment within a Health context and the management of high volume workflow.
  5. Proven organisational and planning abilities with a quality improvement focus.
  6. Demonstrated computer literacy in report extraction, maintenance of clinical information standards and operational activities, secure record management and reporting and analysis experience.
  7. Proven ability to prioritise requests, manage workloads and exercise sound judgement often under tight time frames.
