Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a health related discipline and/or relevant management or project management experience.
- Demonstrated people management experience within teams of 10+ direct reports including management of day to day workload of the team, recruitment and performance management of staff.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
- Demonstrated experience in a call centre environment within a Health context and the management of high volume workflow.
- Proven organisational and planning abilities with a quality improvement focus.
- Demonstrated computer literacy in report extraction, maintenance of clinical information standards and operational activities, secure record management and reporting and analysis experience.
- Proven ability to prioritise requests, manage workloads and exercise sound judgement often under tight time frames.
