Checks: Aged Care Check and Working with Children Check
Qualification: Degree in Social Work
Registration: Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a mental health setting and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with older people with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Proven clinical experience within a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to provide consultancy, supervision, education and training on clinical issues.
- Demonstrated well-developed time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing skills.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and consultation skills with other staff member and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Mental Health Act 2007.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia.
