Essential Criteria
Registration: registration under the applicable registration board
Selection Criteria
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Well-developed written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills as well as coaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to work as an effective team member; able to manage time well, prioritise workload and able to work independently
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating research projects and experience in participating in quality improvement projects
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues and conditions, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor health outcomes
- Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy and eligible for membership of relevant clinical board prior to commencing.
