Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Psychology Board of Australia approved masters or doctorate level degree
Registration: Full registration with AHPRA and current Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated track record of senior clinical leadership, service administration and management, project management and advanced level clinical competency including substantial specialist experience in eating disorder service provision.
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes.
- Experience in provision of training and supervision to mental health practitioners in evidence-based therapies and interventions.
- Effective high level interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organisation skills with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
- Highly developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
