Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional team environment while exercising independent judgement, discretion and initiative, prioritising work and meeting strict deadlines.
  2. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality, customer focused service and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace policy and procedures.
  3. Demonstrated high level understanding of privacy issues and confidentiality.
  4. Demonstrated experience in the use of electronic HRIS and rostering systems such as StaffLink, HealthRoster and associated interfaces.
  5. Experience and/or knowledge of payroll processes, NSW Health industrial awards, policies and procedures.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Suite of applications, with Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level, and an aptitude for IT systems.
  7. Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities, workload and demands in a multidisciplinary environment.
  8. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team with minimal supervision.
