What you'll be doing

 

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join the Blacktown Pharmacy Department to support and lead medication-related research, contributing to innovative healthcare improvements through rigorous data and project management.

In this role you will be:

  • Conducting research on departmental pharmacy projects.
  • Managing data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Preparing accurate manuscripts in line with protocols.
  • Ensuring compliance with research standards.
  • Overseeing day-to-day project coordination and timelines.

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy or equivalent degree with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Registration: AHPRA Pharmacy

 

Selection Criteria:

 

  1. Demonstrated experience in research.
  2. Demonstrated clinical pharmacy knowledge and an understanding of its practical application in different healthcare settings.
  3. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with patients and staff, as well as to use technology to communicate effectively.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and independently when required to meet team objectives.
  5. High level aptitude in Excel, other Microsoft applications and experience with statistical software.
