Essential Criteria
Bachelor of applied science (Medical Radiation Technology) degree or equivalent qualification. Registration with the AHPRA as a Radiation Therapist.
Eligible to hold an EPA license to use radiation apparatus for the purpose of practicing radiotherapy
Selection Criteria
- Significant experience managing large clinical teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving capabilities and time management skills.
- Extensive clinical experience in all aspects of radiation therapy treatment and planning.
- Possess an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain quality communication and interpersonal skills with patients, radiation therapists and other health care professionals
- •Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in performance development of staff.
