Selection Criteria:
- Experience in a complex health environment with clinical experience / sound understanding of clinical service delivery and models of care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, project groups, external stakeholders and senior level management
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Experience in project management and document control
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Demonstrated performance in achieving change through application of change management principles
- Understanding of planning, decanting and commissioning activities and time constraints involved
- Experience in risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies
