Essential Criteria
Qualification: Pharmacy Assistant Grade 2: Successfully completed a qualification up to the level of Certificate III in Community Pharmacy issued by a Registered Training Organisation OR has qualifications deemed by the employer to be equivalent. Those without a qualification issued by a Registered Training Organisation will be classified as Pharmacy Assistant Grade 1.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated satisfactory pharmacy dispensing experience in Australia (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise large workload and have good time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing and able to perform all aspects of sterile (including cytotoxic) manufacturing.
- Must be willing and able to work late shifts and overtime on weekends as required.
- Sound computing skills in the basic Microsoft office suite of applications and experience using databases.
