Essential Criteria:
Registration in line with Award requirements: Current enrolment with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Registered Nurse Division 1

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated post graduate qualifications in a clinical speciality relevant to Child and Family Health. Management qualifications and/or working towards or a combination of qualifications and work experience deemed appropriate by employer and holds a NSW Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience in Child and Family Health with knowledge and understanding of the current strategies and policies that impact on maternal and child health.
- Highly developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with seniors, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
- Demonstrated people management, influencing and negotiation skills including leading, persuading and motivating large teams and other key stakeholders for a positive outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for nursing/maternity services.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and confidence in using Microsoft and health care information systems.
