Selection Criteria:
- Ability to read and write English to an acceptable standard with clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team, enhancing the capability and contribution of the team.
- Experience in working with mothers and infants.
- Previous experience of having worked in a health care setting.
- Positive and enthusiastic manner and able to work independently under direction and seeks guidance and supervision as required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Citrix applications including eMaternity, IPM and PowerChart Organizer.
