Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Degree in Social Work or Accredited post-graduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology
Registration: Full registration with AHPRA as Psychologist, or for Social Workers, eligibility to be a member of the AASW.

Selection Criteria:
- Proven knowledge of issues affecting the mental health needs of people from refugee and refugee like communities.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience; particularly in the development, delivery and evaluation of clinical education and training programs and initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating health professional capacity building initiatives.
- Clinical experience working in mental health settings and working with clinicians and managers within large complex environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of transcultural mental health principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge, understanding and commitment to patient safety, cultural safety and quality management and ability to translate into educational programs.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage, liaise and negotiate at all levels with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia.
