Executive Assistant

Selection Criteria

1. Relevant qualifications or work experience in a similar role with demonstrated exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload, meet deadlines, be flexible and show initiative, and remain proficient in periods of high demand and activity
2. Well-developed communication skills, verbal and written, with demonstrated experience engaging key stakeholders and customers from internal and external groups
3. Ability to work effectively within a diverse team in a rapidly changing and demanding work environment
4. Extensive and demonstrated experience in the preparation of meeting minutes, reports, plans, briefing notes and other submissions related to business activities both internal and external to the organisation
5. Demonstrated analytical skills with evidence of capability to review and draft responses to complex issues and in maintaining strict confidentiality
6. Demonstrated experience in supporting senior management and committees, in relation to collation of papers, agendas, minutes and action related matters
7. Proficient in using Outlook, HPECM, Oracle, Health Roster, Accounts Payable together with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently and to provide User support to team members in use of same
8. Demonstrated experience working in a complex health care or public sector setting relevant to the role
