Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated clerical skills with experience in a receptionist/customer service/Admissions position
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills applied to a customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and meet busy work schedules
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve quality service outcomes
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of consumers from a range of diverse cultural, linguistic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds and ability to engage with consumers
